Q: What kind of wax does Wicc It use for their candles?
A: Wicc It uses 100% Soy Wax (Beads) for candle making.
Q: What contents are included in Wicc It's Intentional Candles?
A: Each candle consist of fragrance oils, all natural herbs, flowers, and crystals to aid in the candle specific purpose.
Q: How is each candle made?
A: Each candle is specifically handmade by Owner/Spiritualist Ashley Hamilton with pure intentions.
Q: What is the candle size?
A: The candle is 8oz.
Q: How long does each candle burn?
A: Because each candle is created differently, the burn time ranges from 45-55 hours.
Q: What kind of wick is used for Wicc It Candles?
A: Wicc It uses wooden wicks. When burning, wooden wicks provide a more intimate experience great for meditation or manifesting.
Q: Are there any wooden wick instructions?
A: Yes, instructions come with each candle order, and is located in the description found on Wicc It's website under " Care Instructions".
Wooden Wick Care:
When lighting a wood wick candle, the best technique is to tilt it on an angle and let the flame draw across the length of the wick (kind of like how you tilt a match after lighting). It may also take several tries to get it lit!
Shorter wooden wicks help the wax flow up the wick for a better burn.
If when burning the candle for long period of time you notice your flame getting too low, it may be necessary to extinguish the flame and when cool tap off any excess ash or burnt wood along the top of the wick. The flame will return to its proper height.
Do not burn any candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
Q: What is the shipping, return, and refund policy?
A: Here at Wicc It, our goal is to insure that our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise purchased. Most sales are final. We look at returns on case by case basis, If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at wiccitllc@wiccit.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. No returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering.
In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.
Refunds:
Wicc It company will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you when your refund request has been approved or decline.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Missing or Late Refunds:
Please contact your bank/credit card company first, as it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact us at wiccitllc@wiccit.com
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be made only for damage items or defective items.
