Here at Wicc It, our goal is to insure that our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise purchased. Most sales are final. We look at returns on case by case basis, If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at wiccitcandles@gmail.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. No returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering.
In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.
Refunds:
Wicc It company will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you when your refund request has been approved or decline.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Missing or Late Refunds:
Please contact your bank/credit card company first, as it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact us at wiccitcandles@gmail.com.

About Wooden Wicks:
As you may notice your Wicc It Candles all have wooden wicks! This choice of wick was carefully though of when designing the candle for a more intimate and personal feel. To provide a more calm and soothing experinece when burning these candles. However, they are different from the original cotton wick in most candles. Here are some quick tips to know about your wooden wick.
Wooden Wick Tips:
When lighting a wood wick candle, the best technique is to tilt it on an angle and let the flame draw across the length of the wick (kind of like how you tilt a match after lighting). It may also take several tries to get it lit!
Shorter wooden wicks help the wax flow up the wick for a better burn.
If when burning the candle for long period of time you notice your flame getting too low, it may be necessary to extinguish the flame and when cool tap off any excess ash or burnt wood along the top of the wick. The flame will return to its proper height.
Do not burn any candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
